About Us

Empowering Change. Implementing Impact.

At PLANZZ Australia, we don’t just advise—we walk alongside you to implement real, measurable change.

Founded and led by Ramone Close, a proud Quandamooka (Goenpul), Githabul, and Butchulla man, PLANZZ is a First Nations management consultancy that integrates strategic advisory, hands-on implementation, and cultural capability to deliver purpose-driven outcomes.
