We plan together.
Then we deliver.
PLANZZ is a First Nations owned advisory, procurement, implementation and B2B service partner. We don't just recommend — we deliver the services on the ground.
Start a conversation See what we do

Most organisations don't always need another plan.
They need someone to deliver the one they already have. We work inside your organisation — building the supply chain, filling the roles, running the engagement, delivering the service.
W H A T W E D O
Five integrated services.
Advisory through to hands-on delivery — under one accountable partner.
Workforce and service delivery
Recruitment, identified roles, labour supply and direct service delivery. We place the people, and we run the work.
Procurement and commercial
First Nations supply chain development, category discovery, supplier onboarding and verified spend attribution through WePlenty.
Strategy and advisory
Reconciliation Action Plans, First Nations strategy, engagement frameworks and governance — written to be implemented, not filed.
Not sure where it starts?
Most engagements begin with a conversation about what has stalled and what needs to move first.
Health and wellbeing
Social and emotional wellbeing services delivered by First Nations practitioners, with clinical and cultural supervision built into the model.
Native Title and Economic Development
Agreement-making, cultural heritage and duty of care, community and Country engagement — paired with the economic development that should follow recognition.

We hold the space in between.
PLANZZ works at the intersection — between community and commercial, between First Nations and non-First Nations. That in-between is not a gap to cross quickly. It is where we choose to stand, and holding it well is our methodology.
Our approach is grounded in First Nations philosophical worldviews and a relational outlook: that everything is connected, that knowledge and value move both ways through reciprocity, and that lived experience is expertise. That is why we say we plan together — not for, not to, but with.
We are building a bridge: an implementation ecosystem where organisations and communities work together, learn from each other, and build equity that compounds for the generations that follow.

P L A N Z Z F I R S T N A T I O N S H E A L T H
A health and wellbeing organisation in its own right.
Clinical practice grounded in the social and cultural determinants of health — not a line item on a capability statement.
We hold the space in between.
Practising inside a Medicare Mental Health hub
Our first practitioner role is a mental health practitioner working
from a Medicare Mental Health hub run by Communify. We deliver
within Communify's ecosystem, with clinical supervision, a
multidisciplinary team and the backing of a long-standing community
health organisation.
Alongside that, we bring our own First Nations clinical supervisor and
cultural supervisor, and our own practice methodology — our ways of doing,
being and knowing.
We also support non-First Nations organisations to strengthen their
policies and cultural responsivity. That is reciprocity in practice.
