PLANZZ First Nations Health is an authentic health and wellbeing organisation, not a line item. We deliver social and emotional wellbeing services grounded in the social and cultural determinants of health, by First Nations practitioners, in real clinical settings.

Our first practitioner role is a mental health practitioner working out of a Medicare Mental Health hub run by Communify — delivering within Communify’s ecosystem, with clinical supervision, a multidisciplinary team and the backing of a long-standing community health organisation. Alongside that, we bring our own First Nations clinical supervisor and cultural supervisor, and our own practice methodology — our ways of doing, being and knowing.

We also support non-First Nations organisations to strengthen their policies and cultural responsivity. That is reciprocity in practice: planning and working together, learning both ways.
