  • Strategic guidance to enhance economic independence and community wealth
  • Collaborative programs that foster skills, confidence, and long-term sustainability
  • Expertise in connecting communities with corporate and government opportunities

We believe in the potential of every community and the importance of nurturing leadership, innovation, and enterprise. At Planzz Australia, our mission is to empower First Nations businesses to take their place as leaders in Australia’s economic future.

YINDI Manufacturing

YINDI Manufacturing is a proudly First Nations Australian manufacturing company, founded by Ramone Close in collaboration with Carl Davies (Chair Solutions) in 2022. YINDI represents a groundbreaking step in Indigenous-led manufacturing, delivering high-quality, locally made seating solutions through strategic partnerships with industry leaders.

Through his leadership, Ramone successfully secured a major contract with Officeworks, making YINDI chairs available both online and in-store nationwide. This milestone demonstrated the strength of First Nations enterprise in the commercial furniture industry while setting a precedent for sustainable business growth without reliance on debt.

True to his ethos of economic empowerment and self-determination—reflected in his broader work at Planzz—Ramone incubated YINDI Manufacturing to a point of success before transferring ownership and directorship to another First Nations entrepreneur. This ensures long-term Indigenous leadership in the sector, reinforcing a legacy of opportunity, collaboration, and sustainable business development.

YINDI Manufacturing stands as a testament to what is possible when First Nations entrepreneurship is supported by strategic vision, strong partnerships, and a commitment to economic independence.

YINDI x Tactic x Haworth

Through Ramone Close's vision, this groundbreaking collaboration between YINDI Manufacturing, Tactic, and global furniture leader Haworth is a testament to the power of First Nations entrepreneurship and innovation in the commercial furniture industry.

Recognising the opportunity to bring First Nations craftsmanship, design, and storytelling into the corporate and commercial space, Ramone helped create and implement the initiative that brought these three industry leaders together. This partnership blends world-class furniture design with authentic First Nations fabrics and locally crafted upholstery, setting a new standard for sustainable, culturally enriched office solutions.

 Pop-Up Business Village

At Planzz, we are committed to First Nations Peoples’ Nation Building—creating self-sustaining economies, strengthening Indigenous governance, and fostering long-term prosperity through entrepreneurship and economic empowerment. Our mission is to equip First Nations communities with the infrastructure, knowledge, and commercial opportunities needed to drive generational change.

Inspired by Innovation, Designed for First Nations Economic Sovereignty

During a visit to Brooklyn, New York, Ambrose Solutions discovered a thriving Pop-up Entrepreneurial Village—a dynamic ecosystem where small businesses operated from modular, adaptable spaces. This innovative model provided an accessible, low-barrier entry into business ownership, enabling entrepreneurs to grow on their own terms.

We immediately saw how this concept could be a game-changer for First Nations Peoples in Australia. Too often, economic structures fail to support First Nations self-determination. But what if we could introduce a flexible, scalable, and culturally aligned business infrastructure that empowers First Nations entrepreneurs and Traditional Owner groups to take control of their economic futures?

Nation Building in Action

Ambrose Solutions has made a significant investment in bringing this vision to life. Through research, capital investment, and resource development, we are adapting the Pop-up Entrepreneurial Village concept to meet the unique needs of First Nations businesses.

This approach integrates:

Modular Business Hubs – Portable, scalable spaces that provide First Nations entrepreneurs with a physical presence without the high overhead costs of traditional retail or office spaces.

Business Literacy Training – Tailored programs that equip entrepreneurs with the skills to start, manage, and grow their businesses.

Access to Procurement & Supply Chains – Leveraging networks like WePlenty Marketplace, we create real commercial opportunities for First Nations businesses to supply goods and services at scale.

First Nations Peoples’ Nation Building – Strengthening economic independence, governance, and local leadership, ensuring that economic benefits remain within communities.

Community-Centric Economic Development – Designed to empower Traditional Owner groups, fostering intergenerational wealth and self-sufficiency.

Why This Matters

First Nations Peoples’ Nation Building is about more than economic participation—it’s about sovereignty, self-determination, and creating a legacy of independence. By providing the right infrastructure, education, and commercial connections, we are redefining economic opportunities for First Nations communities.

This is our story, and we invite you to be a part of it. Whether you are a Traditional Owner group, entrepreneur, government agency, or corporate partner, there is a role for you in reshaping the future of First Nations economic development.
